ATLANTA, September 19, 2005— A new, tax-exempt foundation is poised to raise money for

the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre (CEPAC) and to promote the long-term success of the

landmark cultural and entertainment venue.

The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre Foundation will secure financial resources for CEPAC

and act as a fiduciary of those resources. Funds raised by the foundation will support

construction of the facility’s current design and establish an endowment to secure its future and

expansion.

The Cobb Energy Centre for the Performing Arts proudly announces the hiring of Dawn Maira Lieber as Project Coordinator. Prior to joining the Cobb Energy Centre, Ms. Lieber worked for the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA and Carnegie Hall in New York.

As project coordinator, Ms. Lieber will be responsible for the development and implementation of special projects, plans, and reports prior to the opening of the Cobb Energy Centre. Projects include researching and analyzing current trends in the entertainment industry to assist with the creation of standard operating procedures for the Cobb Energy Centre.

Cobb Energy Management Corporation, a Marietta, Georgiabased company, has secured naming rights to the regional performing arts centre under construction at Cobb Galleria Complex.

The facility is named: Cobb Energy Centre for the Performing Arts.

“By lending our name to the performing arts centre, it fills a need locally for a state-of-the-art facility for the arts, while promoting the Cobb Energy brand in places—regionally and nationally— we would never have been able to go,” said Dwight Brown, Cobb Energy president and chief executive officer. “This is a good business decision for us.”

ATLANTA - The Cobb-Marietta Coliseum and Exhibit Hall Authority with Cobb Galleria Centre announce the appointment of Wendy Riggs as Managing Director of the Galleria Performing Arts Centre concluding a nation-wide search that began earlier this year. Riggs, formerly Assistant General Manager for the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, GA, began her new role on August 2, 2004.
