A TLANTA , September 19, 2005 — The elegant theatre of the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre will bear the name of businessman and civic leader John A. Williams, whose early and enduring support for the project has been a driving force in its development.
]]>ATLANTA, September 19, 2005— A new, tax-exempt foundation is poised to raise money for the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre (CEPAC) and to promote the long-term success of the landmark cultural and entertainment venue. The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre Foundation will secure financial resources for CEPAC and act as a fiduciary of those resources. Funds raised by the foundation will support construction of the facility’s current design and establish an endowment to secure its future and expansion.
As project coordinator, Ms. Lieber will be responsible for the development and implementation of special projects, plans, and reports prior to the opening of the Cobb Energy Centre. Projects include researching and analyzing current trends in the entertainment industry to assist with the creation of standard operating procedures for the Cobb Energy Centre.
