The next time I purchase a new home I am calling you. There is always one that seems to choose every single upgrade imaginable and you are him. Mr. Jones has to have everything regardless of what it costs and he will have it. Mr. Jones will set the bar for our neighborhood when it is time to sell and in a way, Mr. Jones is the reason I will be able to sell for a little bit less than him while he can’t even get what he paid for his own home.

So go ahead and purchase those light switch plates. Just don’t plan on me keeping up with you.
