The Timbers of Vinings at cool in a sort of funky way.

And I mean this with all the best intentions, the Timbers at Vinings are a townhome, townhouse, condo or condominium styled community (not quite sure) built about in the 70s - I think. It has been about five years since I was last in one.

There are three quality levels of townhomes being built around Atlanta now. The first level comprises of what you might say is a “traditional” town house design typical of the 1970’s, 80’s and early 90’s. This “traditional” design consisted of 8-foot ceilings, 1,500 to 1,800 square feet of living space and built of the cheapest possible materials. This “traditional” style is rarely built close to the city anymore and you tend to only find them further out in the suburbs as entry-level homes by entry-level builders.

Mosaic at Vinings Townhomes are located on Spring Rd in the Smyrna/Vinings areas about 2 miles outside of I-285. Starting in the mid $250s, Mosaic at Vinings represents probably one of the most affordable Atlanta Townhome offerings along the perimeter.

For years, Vinings View has been sort of tucked away on some bluffs overlooking Historic Vinings. Although they are within walking distances of the historic district, nobody ever knew they were there. Most still don’t.
