Park Vinings high-rise and condominium, will it ever be built?

For quite some time, the sign has boldly displayed Park Vinings as now “accepting applications.” But application for what?

The plan for Park Vinings is a high rise of condos on a summit overlooking the city of Atlanta just behind Historic Vinings. The location could not be more prime as even lower level condominiums will have a fantastic view of downtown, midtown and even Buckhead. Because of the high reaches of the proposed location, no matter which side your condominium appears on, the view will be spectacular.

But Park Vinings may be more myth than reality. Construction has yet to begin and upon requesting information last year, I was immediately sent information on another property currently being sold by Signature Properties. This well known developer of high rise condominiums also sells units in Parkplace on Peachtree, Park Avenue, and Park Regency.

Not long ago I made a second attempt to obtain information on Park Vinings, (actually my 3^rd) but the person answering the phone could not provide any information and asked me to call back to speak with another person at a later date. They were however quite adamant that Park Vinings was actually going to be built but could not answer when.

So for now, it appears that Park Vinings will continue to “accept applications” for ownership of high-rise condominium units in the $500k range.
